I returned to this job I was engaged in many years ago from 1993 to 1995 · Marketing land and buildings for improvement · Accompanying projects at an architectural and executive level, planning, and execution. Architectural styling and staging of properties before the sale. 

I have a degree in interior architecture and an additional degree in human sciences, I speak Italian, Hebrew, English, and Spanish fluently.

Years of experience in the field have taught me that although the purchase of one apartment is in principle the same as the purchase of another apartment, the conditions, the amounts, the players, and the legal aspect are different, as an additional the location will determine a different price, psychology and dozens of other variables will determine the nature of the transaction that stands on its own. 

And from transaction to transaction they learn and internalize lessons.
